Membership of the Ghana Association of the Capital District (GACD) of New York is opened to all Ghanaians and friends of Ghana especially in Upstate NY and the Capital District, in particular. GACD is an open association with no restrictions to members of the Ghana Community and friends of Ghana in the Capital District and Upstate NY. We are registered as a not-for-profit organization at the Federal level and New York State, and we shall be grateful if you will join us and take part in our socialization, collaborative and cooperative endeavors to bring the good out of us to serve and help members of our community and Upstate New York.
